Programme Designers’ Lab

Training of and programme design for support organisations, with optional funding opportunities.

The Programme Designers’ Lab aims to empower supporting organisations and institutions that have a focus on entrepreneurship. It provides a series of workshops where the content focuses on general programme design and implementation topics such as: project idea development, stakeholder and KPI mapping, outreach to a target group, acquisition of participants, access to funding, financial and narrative reporting, marketing, networking and alumni work, monitoring and evaluation, etc.

The participating actors are empowered to improve the impact of their programmes by analysing their own offers to better adapt them to existing challenges. The PDL focuses on trust-building and mediation techniques, which are of special value in young ecosystems where joint initiatives among the different actors are still at an early stage.

Therefore, another important added value that goes beyond the actual trainings is the effect of closer networking and network-building among the different participating actors.

Last but not least, in case mutual interest exists and funding partners can be engaged, enpact offers funding and support for the actual implementation of the projects developed during the PDL.
