International Mentoring: Ukrainian Women in Business

Get your business export-ready for the EU market!


Our International Mentoring Program is launching for the first time in Ukraine! The three-months mentoring activity will support women-led Ukrainian SMEs in creating an actionable export plan to facilitate their entry into the EU market. This serves as a stepping stone towards establishing their presence and laying the groundwork for integration in the EU market.

How does it work?

Take a look through the steps to find out what to expect from the application process and how to prepare. 

  • Review eligibility criteria

    Read carefully through the program requirements and download the evaluation criteria document below. 

  • Prepare all information

    Prepare your national ID or passport, your residence permit if applicable, the registration certificate of your business, and your CV/Resume (Optional).

  • Fill in the application form

    It should take about 15 minutes to complete the form if you have everything ready! If you need support with filling in the form, please feel free to reach out to support@enpact.org.

  • Upload your documents

    Once you submit your application, you will receive an e-mail with a secure link to upload your documents. Please upload them using the link to complete your application.

  • Join us for an online chat

    Your application is reviewed by multiple experts from our team. If your application is eligible, you will be invited to a 30-minute interview to talk more about your business and why you’d like to join the program.

  • Check your e-mail

    Following the interview, you will receive an e-mail with the next steps within three weeks. The e-mail will notify you if you are accepted, or share feedback in case we are unable to accommodate you in the program. Please make sure to also check spam.

The program is open for women entrepreneurs, founders and leaders who:


  • Are over the age of 18
  • have Ukrainian citizenship or a valid Ukrainian residence permit 
  • Have sufficient knowledge of English at least B2 level (Per European Framework of Reference for languages
  • Have a valid employment contract with a company or statutory function in a company that fits the criteria below

To take part, your company: 

  • Is registered in Ukraine in 2022 or earlier, and is actively operating 
  • Has products that are ready to export OR have some initial exporting experience (This could be previous or ongoing foreign sales, dependence on EU supply chain, and availability of easily scalable products/services) 
  • Has an English language presence online via website or social media channels 
  • Has between 5 to 249 officially registered employees 
  • Can show a monthly turnover of at least 250 Euros per registered employee from January to June 2023
  • Has no foreign shareholdings with more than 50% 
  • Has no shareholders from the Russian Federation or Belarus or Crimea
  • is not active in or related to the manufacturing or distribution of military equipment or supply chains within the military and arms industry
